Blessing of Animals

In between weddings, Fr. Yeazel took out time on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 to bless animals. Even though it was windy and chilly, people came with their pets to be blessed. October 4th is the feast of St. Francis. Since he is the patron of ecology and cosmic spirituality, it is fitting that animals be blessed near his feast. See photos from the blessing.
