We Need You In Our Parish Photo Album
Our Family is Growing
In this season of Lent, we are once again reminded of the comfort of sharing the season with our parish family. As our family constantly grows, we continue to look for ways to connect us and help us to know one another. This spring, we will be creating a parish photo album with the help of Lifetouch. A photographer will be coming to Holy Cross to take portraits and family photos for our members at no cost to the church, and Each member or family involved will receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait as well as a copy of the parish photo album. More prints can be purchase during the portrait selection.
When and Where?- Dates now available in April!
Lifetouch photographers will be shooting in the comfort and convenience of our church building. Our dates are Tuesday, April 21st, Wednesday April 22nd, Thursday, April 23rd, Friday April 24th, and Saturday, April 25th from 2:00pm to 9:00pm on weekdays and 10am-5pm on Saturday. If you are available please sign up for one of these dates. We will continue to add dates as they fill up to ensure we can photograph everyone.
What should I expect?
Plan to arrive five minutes before your portrait session to complete the check-in process. You will be greeted by a Holy Cross staff member or volunteer and asked to verify Holy Cross census and ministry data. Coffee and refreshments will be provided. Your session can take up to one hour for photography and portrait selection. After your photography session, the photographers will help you choose your photo to be used in our parish photo directory and your complimentary 8x10 portrait. You will then have an opportunity to purchase more prints. For your convenience Lifetouch accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover when purchasing additional prints.
Remember, this event is not just "picture-taking," it is a professional portrait session. Make the most of this opportunity:
- Plan your wardrobe and grooming well in advance of photography.
- Traditional, formal or casual; choose colors and styles that are representative of you or your family.
- Is your pet part of your family? Bring it to be photographed with you.
- Meaningful items such as special keepsakes, sports equipment, and musical instruments are always welcome.
- We are happy to take generational portraits (example: grandmother, mother, and daughter).
