Mary & the Pope
In this lesson, we learn about Mary and the Pope, two figures in Catholicism that are often met with misunderstanding.. These two people are vital to our faith because Jesus Himself establishes it this way when he founds the Church. In Faith Formation we talk about the correlation between Mary and Peter (the first pope) and how their roles, given to them by Jesus, is a fulfillment to King David’s kingdom.
